We are excited to announce the National Law University Odisha's Centre for Banking and Insurance Laws (CBIL) Essay Writing Competition in partnership with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI)! Topic: Balancing Interest of Stakeholders: Individuals, Institutions, and Establishments under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016

Eligibility: All bonafide students of National Law University Odisha from 1st year to LLM and 3 Year LLB

Submission Deadline: November 30, 2023, 11:59 PM

This prestigious competition is being conducted in collaboration with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), adding significant value to your participation.

Prizes:

  • First Place: ₹10,000
  • Runner-Up: ₹5,000

Submission Guidelines:

  • Word Limit: Your essay should be between 3000 and 4000 words, exclusive of footnotes.
  • Citation Style: Please use the Bluebook 19th edition for citations.
  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Font Size: 12
  • Line Spacing: 1.5
  • Bibliography: A bibliography must be included.
  • Originality: Your content should be original and unpublished.
