Brief Biographic Note: Dr. Mayank Tiwari is an Assistant Professor of Law at National Law University, Odisha. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has done his Ph.D. on “Protection of Shareholders’ Interest and the Law: An Analytical Study” from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Patiala. Having experience of the industry as a Company Secretary in a listed company, he joined the academics in 2013. Before joining NLUO, he worked with Guru Nanak Dev University Regional Campus, Jalandhar. He has also completed three fully sponsored projects.
