Profile: Divya Singh Rathor started her career as Deputy Manager, Law in Bank of Maharashtra from May 2013 to November 2016. She is working at National Law University Odisha since July 2018. Before joining National Law University Odisha, Ms. Rathor was working as Assistant Professor of Law at School of Law, IMS Unison University, Dehradun since March 2017. She graduated in law, LL.B degree from Faculty of Law, Delhi University, Delhi in 2011 and completed her Masters of Law degree from National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR), University of Law, Hyderabad in year 2013. Ms. Rathor has qualified her UGC-NET in the year 2012 and JAIIB conducted by Indian Institute of Banking and Finance in December 2013. She also holds BA Sanskrit (Hons) Degree from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi, Delhi. Currently she is pursuing PhD in Folklore & IPR from National law University, Odisha. She has published number of scholarly research articles in different National and International journals of repute and participated in various National and International conferences and seminars.  Her research interest lies in Intellectual Property Rights Law generally and Traditional Knowledge & Copyright specifically. She has practical experience of Banking and Insurance Law with special focus on Recovery procedures. Qualifications:
