“A session on Maritime litigation & Arbitration | CML”
The Centre for Maritime Law is excited to announce an interactive guest lecture session on Maritime Commercial Arbitration.
The session shall be about shipping - current challenges and risks both commercial and technical space. And maritime litigation- challenges in contracts formation as well as dispute resolution and what lies ahead in shipping and shipping laws.
It will be a tool for freedom to sail through the vast ocean of knowledge beyond the horizon...
