About the Guest-

Mr. Sumit Agrawal is the Founder and Managing partner of Regstreet Law Advisors. He has also served as a SEBI Officer with nearly 10 years of experience. He has been recognised amongst Top 100 Individual lawyers in Forbes India Legal Powerlist 2022 and 50 up and coming Future Legal Leaders by Indian Business Law Journal. He regularly writes for well-known publications on Regulatory and Securities Law. He has vast experience in handling financial regulatory issues and collaborating with international regulatory organisations like the US based SEC or the UK based FCA.
