Double Credit Course on Cyber Crime and Cyber Forensics through the Lens of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam

The Centre for Criminal Justice and Human Rights (CCJHR), National Law University Odisha, is organizing a Double Credit Course on “Cyber Crime and Cyber Forensics through the Lens of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam” from 4 July to 2 August 2026 in virtual mode. Designed to bridge the gap between law and technology, the 32-hour course offers a comprehensive understanding of cybercrimes, digital forensic investigation, electronic evidence, and the legal framework under the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam. Through expert-led sessions and discussions on emerging trends in cyber forensics, participants will gain valuable insights into contemporary challenges in cyber law and digital evidence. Open to students, legal professionals, academicians, practitioners, and other interested learners, the course aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills required to effectively navigate the evolving landscape of cybercrime investigation and digital justice.
