About 

Smarak Samal is a graduate of the National Law University Odisha (NLUO) and holds an LL.M. in Criminal Law from the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bengaluru. He has qualified UGC-NET and served as a Teaching Assistant and Guest Faculty. He regularly practices before the District Courts and the Orissa High Court, bringing practical exposure in both Civil and Criminal Law to his teaching, which emphasizes critical thinking and diverse perspectives on legal issues.
