
Kriti is an academic and former Intellectual Property Rights litigator with 1.5 years of experience practicing before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and the Hon’ble Delhi High Court. She holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur (2023), and completed her undergraduate law degree from Amity University, Kolkata (2022). Her dissertation, titled “Lion’s Share: Rights of Underlying Artists in a Sound Recording” reflects her deep engagement with copyright law in terms of royalties and creative ownership. Kriti’s current areas of interest include Copyright, Trade Mark, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Privacy. Outside her professional field, she is passionate about yoga, sustainability and photography.
