The Recruitment Coordination Committee (RCC) of the National Law University Odisha is a student-run body incorporated for facilitating recruitment of the country’s best young legal minds by corporates, law chambers and legal offices. Duly elected by the students of the respective Batches, the RCC serves as a liaison between the recruiters and the students. The RCC works tirelessly to bring the best of opportunities for dynamic law students. The Committee focuses on recruitment opportunities and grooming of the final year students for not only stellar placements but also for internships and assessment internships for diverse profiles.

With unstopping dedication, the Committee has successfully come up with initiatives and practices like Mock Interview Series, skill-training sessions and workshops, mentorship sessions, resource materials, networking opportunities and many more in order to nurture its relationship with the various stakeholders.
