Single Credit Course On ‘Bonded Labour’, In Collaboration With International Justice Mission

This is a comprehensive course that will delve deeply into the history, legality, and practice of combating bonded labour and human trafficking in India and elsewhere. The course has been divided into five modules, which combine interactive activities with case studies and legal analysis to ensure a holistic learning experience. The participant will engage in action skills for identification, rescue, and rehabilitation of the victims, including the role of stakeholders; law enforcement, judiciary, NGOs, and citizens. It focuses on the victim-centric approach to trauma and bringing about systemic change. This could also be achieved through case studies, discussions, and simulations to better and positively engage participants in the fight against modern slavery, justice, and rehabilitation of the victims.
The course is open for anyone who is interested to learn about the intricacies of bonded labour.
