As part of the ‘Conscience Keeper: Judiciary as the Constitutional Guardian’ talk series, Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy in affiliation with Kautilya Society at National Law University Odisha will be organizing a talk on ‘Federalism in India – Cooperative, Competitive or Adversarial?’ on 18th November 2020 at 6pm.
The keynote speakers for the talk shall be
1. Dr. P. Thiaga Rajan (MLA, Tamil Nadu Assembly) and
2. Dr. M Govinda Rao (Member, Fourteenth Finance Commission).
