National Law University Odisha, Cuttack in collaboration with CAN Foundation brings before you all a thought provoking Lecture.?/p>

The Online Lecture which will be marked by the gracious presence of Hon’ble Ms. Justice Indu Malhotra, Supreme Court of India and Mr. Shyam Divan, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India as the Panelists. The esteemed Panel shall be deliberating upon the topic of “Evolution of Arbitration Law in India” on 20th June, 2020 at 4:30 P.M. IST. The Welcome Address will be delivered by Prof. (Dr.) S.D. Rao, Vice Chancellor.?/strong>

This Webinar will be moderated by Mr. Manu Maheshwari, Advocate, High Court of M.P., Indore Bench and Alumnus of NLUO, Cuttack. Mr. Maheshwari is a Secretary of the CAN Foundation. Mr. Rajat Bector, Advocate, Supreme Court of India. Mr. Bector has previously served as a Law Clerk-cum-Research Assistant at Chambers of Justice Indu Malhotra. He is an alumnus of WBNUJS, Kolkata.
