FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME 2025
The Faculty Development Programme 2025 at NLUO was held from 3rd to 9th of December 2025, on the topic: Teaching and Research in AI-Dominated Ecosystem: Challenges and Opportunities. The Programme was extended to both the faculties and the Ph.D. scholars of the University and included the foremost experts in AI and Law, Legal Education, Teaching and Research from law and allied social sciences fields, including:

The sessions included discussions and deliberations on topics: Grooming Future Academic Leaders, Responding to AI, Responding to the Psychological Issues of Students, Qualitative Research and its Tools, AI and Clinical Legal Education, Strategies for Teaching Students in the Digital Era, Methodological Issues in Research with the Advent of AI, Ensuring Inclusivity in Classrooms, Ethical Concerns of AI in Legal Research, Strategies for Effective Teaching and Research in the AI Era, etc.
The faculty members and scholars of NLUO had in-depth discussion on the above-mentioned topics, and participated in activities planned by the resource persons, thereby exploring methods like lectures, seminars, group discussions, simulation exercises, case studies, etc. alongside modern technology.
