About Ms. Kriti Srivastava
Kriti Srivastava is presently serving as an Assistant Professor of Law at National Law University, Odisha. She joined the university as a Research Associate cum Teaching Assistant in 2022. She has been enrolled as an Advocate at the Bihar State Bar Council since 2021 and prior to joining NLUO, was litigating in the Patna High Court and District Courts. Kriti completed her BA.LLB(H) from Amity Law School, Noida with specialisation in Intellectual Property Laws in the year 2020 and her LLM in Constitutional and Administrative laws in 2021. Kriti made her dissertation on the topic “Role of Indian Constitution in Environmental Protection: A Judicial Analysis”. She has been teaching core law subjects and an optional paper along with the vice-chancellor.
