A dedicated educator with over three years of teaching experience in English Literature, Language, Soft Skills, and Communication Skills at the undergraduate and post- graduate level. I am passionate about public speaking and deeply committed to fostering a confident learning environment, articulating learners through interactive, learner-centric teaching approaches. My teaching philosophy is rooted in inclusivity, critical thinking, and real-world application, with the aim of shaping learners who are not only proficient in language and communication but also empathetic and socially aware individuals.
Research Interest : Psychoanalytical Literary Studies and Trauma Studies, with a focus on the psychological dimensions of literature, including memory, identity, repression, and the literary representation of trauma and healing.

Pursuing PhD in English Literature, Master’s in English Literature from Utkal University.
Presented a research paper titled “Resilience Redefined: Intersectionality, Maslow’s Framework, and Women’s Solidarity in A Thousand Splendid Suns” at the International Conference organized by Rama Devi Women’s University.
