About
Somya Mishra holds a PhD from the National Law University Odisha, with a specialisation in Intellectual Property Laws and Gaming Laws. She has experience teaching courses like Law and Entrepreneurship, Contract Laws, Technology and Gaming Laws and Jurisprudence. Before joining National Law University Odisha as a visiting faculty, she has been teaching at NLUO as a full-time PhD scholar.
Her area of research focuses on intellectual property laws, technology laws and data protection laws. Apart from teaching, she also has an experience of several administrative responsibilities in an academic institution along with litigation experience of four years.
