About Mr. Mohanty Subhaprad

Subhaprad Mohanty is currently working as Research Associate cum Teaching Assistant at National Law University, Odisha. Mr.Mohanty joined the University in 2017 in the Litigation Management Project to undertake research on educational related cases pending in different courts of Odisha. The outcome of the research culminated in a seminal book mapping analysis of different such cases. Thereafter, he started teaching subjects like Corporate Law, Indirect Taxation, Public International Law and et al. He also has keen interest in the intersectional field of Law and emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence, blockchain, 5G etc. In pursuit of research interest Mr. Mohanty takes a seminar paper on Artificial Intelligence and Law for final year students. He intends to pursue his doctoral studies in the field of Artificial Intelligence too. An avid reader and as enthusiastic quizzer Mr. Mohanty also dabbles in freelance writing. He wants to publish his fiction novel in the genre of law and technology before he hits the age of 35.  He also works as a volunteer for Centre for Social Justice, a grassroots level NGO and Bakul Children foundation.
